According to several sources, former WWE Superstar and producer Adam Birch (better known as Joey Mercury) is set to be working as a backstage producer for Ring of Honor going forward.
Since his release from the WWE back in January 2017, the former WWE Tag Team champion has been working on the independent scene as an active wrestler, under the name of Joey Matthews. In September 2017, he won the MCW heavyweight title.
