Former WWE Superstar Big Cass has clearly overcome the substance abuse issues which led to him suffering a seizure at a House of Hardcore show last year because he now appears to be in the best shape of his career. Now going by the name cazXL, he worked a Cactus League Wrestling event this weekend and looked phenomenal.

"To everybody out there in the world that doubted me and said I was fat, out of shape, and they wrote me off and said I’d never be back in professional wrestling after a seizure nearly took my life in front of 1,500 people … I say this – I ain’t f**king dead yet!" he told those at the event.

Cass has previously admitted that he suffered from mental health and alcohol issues after being fired from WWE. It's greta to see him doing well and he's now clearly looking to make an impact on the independent wrestling scene. You can check out a photo of cazXL below and we'll be sure to bring you more updates his career as we have them.
