Josh Barnett’s Bloodsport 2 continues to add names for their next event scheduled in September, as Anthony Henry, Chris Dickinson, Davey Boy Smith Jr, and “Filthy” Tom Lawlor are all confirmed for the pay-per-view this fall.
Henry is best known for his time with EVOLVE Wrestling and mainly works in a tag team with WWN Champion JD Drake. Both are known as the The Work Horsemen.
Dickinson will make his return to the event for the third time in his career, as the former EVOLVE Tag Team champion competed at last year’s Bloodsport – which was under Matt Riddle’s name – and lost to Dan Severn. He returned this past Spring and walked out victorious over Andy Williams.
Davey Boy Smith Jr. also makes his return to the Bloodsport event, as the third-generation wrestler competed at the pay-per-view this past Spring; however, he would end up losing to Killer Kross.
Former MLW World Heavyweight Champion “Filthy” Tom Lawlor will also be making his second appearance, as Lawlor competed at last year’s event against current NXT UK Champion Walter. The fighter-turned-wrestler would ultimately lose the match-up.
Thus far, no match-ups with the three men have been confirmed. The event will also see Killer Kross, Allysin Kay, Zachary Wentz, JR Kratos, and Matt “Weapon X” Makowski. The show will be headlined with Josh Barnett taking on IWGP United States Champion Jon Moxley.
