The former WWE Cruiserweight Champion just got savagely burned by Game Changer Wrestling.
Last weekend, Tama Tonga issued a challenge to nZo, whether it be a fight or wrestling match, with the profits going to the charity of the fans choosing. Josh Barnett chimed in on the situation by offering both men to use the Bloodsport III platform to settle their differences.
The wrestler-turned-rapper finally responded by claiming that he was offered $25,000 by GCW for his match against Tonga.
The former WWE Superstar appeared to accept the challenge on his own terms with the money going towards depression and suicide prevention (transcript courtesy of fightful.com):
I don't work for nobody," he claimed.
"You and I both know, I got offered $25 grand for this match and I turned it down. Now, you wanna turn around and give the bag to charity? Touche. If you google 'real one,' my face pops up. I'm the realest guy in the room and that aint a work, that's a shoot. Josh Barnett, thank you so much for offering me your platform at Bloodsport, maybe for a more worthy opponent."
"But we talking about practice. We talking about Tama Tonga. If we're really gonna do this thing for charity, it won't be on anyone's platform. I called the venue directly, that you're going to be at on April 2. They're going to give my brand a ring, a venue, a referee, tickets, and any money that I raise, it's going towards depression and suicide prevention. But make no mistake about it, the biggest charity I'm doing here is for Haku. Doing something nobody else could do for him, and that's make one of his sons famous."
However, GCW wasn’t going to let Enzo lie about an offer that was never sent his way, as the promotion clarified that they did not offer ClowNzo $25,000 for the match. As you can see below, GCW didn’t hold back on their savage tweet:
Thus far, Enzo hasn’t responded to the tweet sent out by the promotion. It does appear that Tonga and Enzo will get their one-on-one fight; however, it just depends on where it will take place.
