According to Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Jon Moxley is currently dealing an elbow injury that could end up being serious.

The IWGP US Champion got the injury during his time in New Japan, though the wrestling journalist doesn’t specify exactly when or how Moxley got it. The former WWE star has since been very careful inside the ring by not taking bumps on his elbow during matches (transcript courtesy of wrestletalk.com):

“Jon Moxley has some kind of an elbow injury. It may be an infection that he got in Japan. He worked shows this weekend for Northeast Wrestling and with the exception of the 8/16 show in Poughkeepsie, his singles bouts were made tags. He pretty much insisted on doing his singles match with Pentagon Jr., and was very careful not to bump on the elbow.”

At the moment, it appears Moxley is still good to go for All Out against Kenny Omega. While the situation can always change, there doesn’t appear to be much concern over the IWGP US Champion missing any upcoming shows.
