Former WWE Champion Jon Moxley's first match on AEW’s fall television schedule has been confirmed, as the one-time Dean Ambrose is set to take on Shawn Spears in Boston, Massachusetts on October 9th.

This will actually be the first time that these athletes collide inside the ring, as neither Spears or Moxley came in contact with one another during their enures with the WWE. At the moment, this appears to be the first match for both men during the weekly television on TNT, as Spears isn’t yet advertised for the inaugural show in DC and Jon Moxley is only confirmed to appear.

The second show is already stacking up with big matches fast, as it was previously announced that the Young Bucks and Private Party will meet in a first-round tag team tournament match-up. At the moment, there’s no confirmed bouts for the third episode on October 16 in Philadelphia, PA.
