We recently learned that Paul Heyman will serve as the Executive Producer of RAW, while Eric Bischoff is in charge of SmackDown Live. Both men will report directly to Vince McMahon and fans are anxious to see some changes made to both shows.

Now, All Elite Wrestling star Jon Moxley has shared his thoughts on their respective appointments and despite having nothing but bad things to say about WWE since leaving the company, he actually believes it could be a step in the right direction for them. "They definitely made some kind of move," Moxley said. "Paul Heyman is really smart it sounds like that is a great idea."

"I just hope Vince lets them do their ideas. It’s not just ‘I made him head of creative, but I’m telling him what to do type of thing.’ Eric Bischoff was behind the NWO, he also presided over some crappy WCW shows. He is probably pretty motivated to make you forget that part of the resume. The more wrestling that is good, the more fans that there are and the better it is for everybody."

It definitely sounds like he believes in Heyman more than Bischoff (which is an opinion shared by many wrestling fans) but he makes a lot of valid points and clearly views it as a response to what All Elite Wrestling is doing...which it is!

Then again, WWE stepping up its game is no bad thing and it will definitely be interesting seeing whether it works out for WWE in the long run.
