For the first time ever, former IWGP Heavyweight Champion Kenny Omega was set to face off against veteran CIMA inside the squared circle. In terms of singles competition, Omega was 0-1 due to failing to defeat Chris Jericho at Double or Nothing back in May.

The match-up between the two veterans slowly built with CIMA getting the edge over “The Cleaner” after an insane spot where the Stronghearts leader connected with a double knee press from the first level seating with Omega laying onto the table.

The action escaladed into a back-and-forth strike fest, with Omega then connecting with his first V-Trigger. CIMA was able to get a brief advantage back; however, the former IWGP Heavyweight Champion caught CIMA with a V-Trigger again and then hit the One Winged Angel for the pinfall.
