Kota Ibushi Will Face Kazuchika Okada For The IWGP Championship At WRESTLE KINGDOM 14

It's official: Kota Ibushi will face Kazuchika Okada For The IWGP Haveyweight Championship at Wrestle Kingdom 14 in the Tokyo Dome on January 4, 2020.

Ibushi earned the right to face Okada for the title by winning the G1 Climax, but a spanner was thrown in the works when he was forced to face EVIL for the "Right To Challenge Contract" at King of Pro Wrestling today. The Golden Star won that match (just about!), and with The Rainmaker also emerging victorious over SANADA at the same PPV, the huge Wrestle Kingdom main event is set.

Can Ibushi win the title? Well, he did best Okada last time they faced-off in the G1, so anything is possible. We'll keep you guys updated as the rest of the card takes shape.
