It was previously reported that Jon Moxley penned a three-year deal with All Elite Wrestling; however, it appears that the former WWE Champion has an option out clause after one year, according to
Rajah.com.
It’s been reported previously that AEW plans on pushing the former WWE superstar as one of their top talents in the company. Moxley made his official in-ring debut for AEW at Fyter Fest last weekend, as the current IWGP United States Champion defeated “Bad Boy” Joey Janela in a Non-Sanctioned match in the main event.
Moxley is scheduled to return to the company’s final pay-per-view before they debut for TNT this fall, All Out, as the former WWE Champion is set to take on former IWGP Heavyweight Champion Kenny Omega. At the moment, there isn’t a match-up confirmed for Moxley at next week’s Fight for the Fallen; however, that might be due to his involvement with the G1 Climax, which starts this Saturday.
