The annual Best of the Super Juniors tournament is drawing close, as the competition starts on Monday, May 13th and ends on June 5th. New Japan Pro-Wrestling has officially announced the participants of the 20-man round-robin style tournament, with former champions such as Will Ospreay, Rocky Romero, Taiji Ishimori, and Marty Scurll in the competition.

Current IWGP Jr. Heavyweight champion Dragon Lee will also be involved, along with several newcomers such as Bandido, Shingo Takagi, Robbie Eagles, and Jonathan Gresham.

New Japan has left the 20th entrant a mystery, but the promotion has given clues as to who the wrestler could be. All signs strongly point to it being the new Bullet Club member, El Phantasmo; however, we’ll find out on May 4th as the mystery opponent will team with Taiji Ishimori to take on Will Ospreay and Dragon Lee.
