Unfortunately, EVIL has suffered an injury.

The former IWGP Heavyweight Tag Team Champion has been taken off the Road To Power Struggle tour due to an ankle injury. At the moment, there’s no word on how or when EVIL suffered the injury. New Japan has confirmed the news through their website, and the company announced that fellow Los Ingobernables de Japon member, BUSHI, will replace the NJPW talent for the remainder of the tour, which ends on November 1.

As of this writing, there’s no indication on how bad the ankle injury is or when we could see EVIL make his return to the squared circle. As always, we’ll keep you updated on when more information comes to light regarding EVIL’s injury.
