NJPW Star Hiromu Takahashi Shares A Positive Update After His Scary G1 SPECIAL Bump

During the IWGP Junior Heavyweight Championship match at the NJPW G1 Special last week, Dragon Lee hit champion Hiromu Takahashi with a release Phoenix Plex, dropping him right on top of his head. Takahashi went on to win the match and seemed okay, but subsequent reports indicated that he may have broken his neck.

Now, Hiromu has shared his first update since the injury, and it's a positive one.. all things considered.

Message delivered by his trusty support stuffed animal Daryl Jr, obviously.

No indication of when - or even if - we can expect to see Takahashi back in action, but at least he seems to be in good health.
