Roppongi 3K are once again the IWGP Junior Heavyweight Tag Team champions!

The title change happened at NJPW’s 47th Anniversary Event, which saw now former champions, Shingo Takagi and BUSHI defend their titles against the now three-time champs. The Los Ingobernables de Japon members originally won the titles back at Wrestle Kingdom 13 in a triple threat bout that involved SHO and YOH and then Junior champions, El Desperado and Yoshinobu Kanemaru.

The match between Roppongi 3K and The Los Ingobernables de Japon members broke down to a frenzy during the final minutes as it seemed that Takagi and BUSHI would retain the straps after hitting Rebellion on SHO. However, YOH broke up the pin and SHO was able to find his way through the mist, eventually catching BUSHI in a Codebreaker to set up YOH for the 3K and the pinfall victory.
