Well, another dirty side of the business has come to light.

In case you didn’t know, Southside Wrestling Entertainment is closing its doors with their final show being on October 26. The UK promotion will merge with Revolution Pro Wrestling going forward.

The promotion has birthed stars such as NXT UK Women’s Champion Kay Lee Ray, El Ligero, Joseph Conners, and IIja Dragonov, all of which were set to perform at the ninth (and final) anniversary show. However, the company has revealed that WWE decided to pull the talent from their line-up, thus the advertised wrestlers will no longer appear. Check out the lengthy statement the promotion put out on WWE taking away their contracted talents:

There’s no word on why the company decided to pull their talent from the Southside show. At the moment, WWE and the UK talents listed have yet to address this manner.
