The AEW Women's Championship Will Also Be Defended On The Third Episode Of ALL ELITE WRESTLING's Weekly Show

The first-ever AEW Women's World Champion will be crowned on the premiere episode of the new weekly series on TNT and a 21-woman Casino Battle Royale is set to take place at All Out in order to decide at least one of the women who will challenge for that on October 2nd.

Now, All Elite Wrestling has announced that the third episode of its weekly show will see the title defended for the first time. This is the same night the the AEW World title will be on the line.

Clearly, they're going all out (no pun intended) for this show and it's a smart move, especially as announcements like this will help keep fans coming back. It's vital in the show's first few weeks to attract viewers as the newly launched company will need them to stick around if they hope to find success on TNT and avoid the fate of a company like IMPACT.

The episode will air on October 16th.
