During a recent interview with Variety, Kevin Reilly, WarnerMedia direct-to-consumer chief content officer and TBS/TNT/TruTV President, had nothing but good things to say about All Elite Wrestling's plans for a weekly television show.

The first episode airs on October 2nd and the newly launched company is having no problems selling out buildings for future shows.

"All Elite Wrestling (AEW) is going to be a sleeper," he said, referring to AEW's chances of success. "It’s very counter-intuitive to launch a new league at the height of the WWE. But I have a lot of reasons why it makes sense where the opportunity is. We’re not taking down the WWE but I think this is going to be surprising."

TNT is in a lot of homes and while it will be a very long time before it is any sort of competitor to WWE, things are certainly looking good for AEW right now...and its first episode hasn't even aired yet!
