Special matches from Chris Jericho’s Rock N Rager at Sea will take place on tonight’s show.
There will be plenty of AEW names making their ROH appearance including Nick Wayne, who will be challenging Komander for the ROH World Television Championship. The fighting champion has successfully defended his belt against QT Marshall and Johnny TV thus far, and there’s no signs of Komander slowing down.
Nick Wayne may have not won a singles title in AEW yet, but the 19-year-old is brimming with potential as he’s previously held the Trios Championship with Christian Cage and Killswitch and the DEFY World Championship. Will tonight be a lucky night for The Patriarchy member?
Another big name making his way over to ROH is Ricochet. The former WWE Intercontinental Champion is coming off a huge win over former AEW World Champion Swerve Strickland. The arrogant AEW star is coming in with some nice momentum, but will the tables turn and Serpentico get the upset victory over Ricochet?
In a title eliminator match, “Dynamite Kid” Tommy Billington will take on one of the top names in AEW: The International Champion Konosuke Takeshita. Takeshita hasn’t lost a singles match since his final bout in the G1 Climax against Yota Tsuji. And not only does he hold the International title, but Takeshita is a NEVER Openweight Champion as well.
Billington may be new, but the young wrestler has stood toe-to-toe with the likes of Chris Jericho, Elijah (former WWE star Elias), and even the current champ himself, Takeshita. Those valuable experiences have made Tommy a better professional wrestler. Will the lessons learned from his previous match against Takeshita aid him to the biggest win of his young career?
