Last week, WWE confirmed that former Impact Wrestling star Trevor Lee is apart of the new class of recruits down at the Performance Center. The newest WWE recruit will be competing for PROGRESS Wrestling as an entrant in this year’s Super Strong Style 16 tournament.

The tournament is taking place at Alexandra Palace in London, England from May 4-6. The annual tournament brings the independents best talents together for one weekend, with stars such as Zack Sabre Jr., Travis Banks (NXT UK), Keith Lee, Kassius Ohno, Tyler Bate, and Pete Dunne competing in the competition in years past.

NXT UK stars Banks and Ilja Dragunov have also been confirmed for this year's Super Strong Style 16 where the tournament winner receives a future title shot.
