Road of AEW on TNT serves as a preview of the promotion's October 2nd TV debut, but it also features Cody's response to Chris Jericho's recent promo.
The
AEW Champion made some pretty heinous remarks about Cody's late father Dusty Rhodes, and in his rebuttal, The American Nightmare calls the Painmaker's comments lazy. Cody also says that
he is the SOB Jericho needs to worry about at the
Full Gear PPV, and reminds him to bring his title... this time!
