A WWE Hall of Famer has just been confirmed.

On March 23, FSW will be holding a special show for the former TNA World Tag Team Champion who broke his neck in October 2024. Some big names in TNA, WWE, and AEW are scheduled to appear; former AEW World Champion Swerve Strickland, Brian Cage, Rich Swann, Ace Austin, Trey Miguel, Karrion Kross, and Johnny TV are being advertised for the event.

However, FSW has gotten another big name for the event: Rob Van Dam.

Rob Van Dam is no stranger to TNA/Impact Wrestling. While the former WWE Champion was present during Bey’s early years in the company, him and Bey never got the chance to work against one another. Nevertheless, the WWE Hall of Famer has been working the independent scene for the past couple of years.

Though RVD hasn’t had a match yet in 2025, he’s still pretty active as the 54-year-old worked with various companies in 2024 including AEW. Though his wife, Katie Forbes, isn’t around the wrestling scene as much, Forbes is still an active performer on the independent scene as well. She was with RVD during his latest stint in TNA/Impact Wrestling and the duo actually made for a fun heel pairing during their brief run onscreen.

So far, no matches have been confirmed for the upcoming benefit show that features talent from AEW, WWE, and TNA. FSW’s Beynefit for Bey will stream live on TrillerTV+

Check out Chris Bey’s new merchandise that’s available at Pro Wrestling Tees, and at TNA’s online store.
