Zack Sabre Jr’s spot in the G1 Climax is in question due to his heated rivalry with YOSHI-HASHI. New Japan Pro Wrestling announced the new stipulation to the match early this morning. Sabre Jr. will also defend his RPW British Heavyweight Championship against YOSHI-HASHI as well.

HASHI demanded Sabre Jr.  to put his spot on the line. Zack initially refused at first; however, he ended up accepting the challenge later on. Zack Sabre Jr. is in the A Block of this year’s G1 Climax. The winner of the YOSHI-HASHI/Sabre Jr. match-up will be wrestling on the opening night of the tournament, taking on former IWGP Tag Team champion SANADA on 7/6 in Dallas.

The last night of Kizuna Road takes place on Tuesday, June 25 inside Sendai Sunplaza Hall.
