Reports are coming in that Drew McIntyre may have suffered a torn bicep after hanging on to the rope a second too long when Andrade "Cien" Almas dropped him for the DDT that led to his victory. Take a look.

Andrade "Cien" Almas pulled out the surprise win last night at NXT Takeover: WarGames to become the new NXT champion, but it now look like his opponent may have lost more than just his title.

There was speculation that Drew McIntyre may have suffered an injury after appearing to hold on to the top rope a fraction of a second too long right before Almas' dropped him for the super-DDT, and now Triple H has confirmed that the Scotsman may indeed have torn his bicep:





With any luck McIntyre's injury won't be that severe, but a torn bicep would mean a significant amount of recovery time.
