Tag Team specialist and NXT star Nick Miller is reportedly gone from the company, according to
Pro Wrestling Sheet and Dave Meltzer of
F4Wonline.com. The reasoning behind Miller’s exit stems from the developmental talent having a baby. He returned home to Australia and decided to stay, according to Meltzer.
Miller has been with the company since 2016, working with Shane Thorne under the tag team name 'TM-61' and then 'The Mighty'. Before his stint in NXT, Miller wrestled throughout various independent promotions with the most notable being Pro Wrestling Noah and New Japan Pro Wrestling.
Shane Thorne is still under contract with WWE and officials reportedly have plans for him as an singles act. The Mighty just wrestled on NXT TV this past week, losing to Oney Lorcan and Danny Burch.
The former 7-foot-tall boxer Taishan Dong has also been released from his WWE developmental deal as well. Dong signed with WWE this past summer after working the October 2017 WWE Performance Center tryouts. He’s yet to make an appearance on NXT television and at the moment, there’s no word on why they decided to let the former professional boxer go.
It appears that NXT UK Superstar Tucker is gone from the company due to his profile no longer being on the WWE website. However, his departure from the UK brand has yet to be confirmed.
