This past year, Mia Yim was able to finally achieve her dream and become a WWE Superstar after her star making performance in the 2018 Mae Young Classic.

The NXT talent had previous stints in TNA/Impact Wrestling, Shimmer, and Shine Wrestling. Yim is a former Knockouts champion, Shine Champion, and Shine Tag Team Champion.

The 29-year-old has accomplished a lot during her young career and had she not been signed to the WWE by her 30th birthday, the current NXT star would’ve hung the boots for good, according to Yim herself:

Yim also showed some love to the WWE fans, as they were chanting "Please sign Mia Yim!" during her an excellent encounter against Toni Storm. "I appreciate your support, thank you," said Yim. "Honestly, credit goes out to all the fans because they demanded I be there and the boss listened. So truly, THANK YOU!!!"
