The Rascalz will get another championship opportunity next week.
Last night, Zachary Wentz and Dezmond Xavier pulled off a surprising victory over Ace Austin and Madman Fulton. Following the match-up, The Motor City Machine Guns challenged the duo to a rematch for the Impact World Tag Team titles.
Back at Slammiversary, The Rascalz held an open challenge and The Motor City Machine Guns ended up fighting and beating Wentz and Xavier in their return match. This is the third Impact World title match for the duo and despite their valiant efforts, The Rascalz failed to beat The North for the prestigious belts. Will the third time be the charm next week?
Also, former X-Division Champion Chris Bey will be in action as he’ll take on TJP. Originally, these two were set to fight in a singles match for the X-Division title at Emergence; however, Bey added Rohit Raju to the championship match to help him beat the returning star, which ended up back firing in the end.
