Eddie Edwards will defend the Impact World Championship once again.

Thus far, Edwards has beaten Trey Miguel and Sami Callihan, but those matches have surely taken a toll on the reigning Impact World Champion. With a weaken champion going into his latest title match-up, will the mysterious challenger beat Edwards and win the Impact World title?

Last week, Rich Swann retired from professional wrestling due to the injuries he suffered at Slammiversary. Unfortunately, former TNA World Champion Eric Young interrupted the segment and severely damaged Swann’s leg once again. Tonight, we’ll get a follow-up on the big main event angle from last week.

Also, Jordynne Grace and Kimber Lee will go one-on-one again. Lee made a deal with the Impact Knockouts Champion on the last episode of Impact, and if the newcomer manages to eliminate the challenger from her upcoming title match against Deonna Purrazzo then she’ll be the woman to step into the championship match at Emergence.

All this and more is set for tonight’s episode of Impact Wrestling. Check out the cold open above and the advertised matches below:
