Chelsea Green Is Reportedly In Talks To Return To IMPACT WRESTLING

Though no deal has been signed, recently released WWE Superstar Chelsea Green is reportedly in talks to return to Impact Wrestling, where she previously competed as "The Hot Mess" Laurel van Ness.

It looks like Chelsea Green might be on her way back to Impact Wrestling.

Green, along with several other WWE Superstars, was released from the company on 4/15. She was under a 90-day non-competes that only allowed her to sign with other promotions after 7/14, and The Wrestling Observer is now reporting that she has been negotiating with Impact management about a possible position on the roster.

Before Green debuted with NXT, she wrestled for Impact under the name Laurel Van Ness, so if she does end up signing with the company, it'll be interesting to see if she rehashes that drunken "Bridezilla" gimmick or competes under her real name.

Green recently revealed some of her post-WWE goals during an interview, and one thing she hopes to accomplish is to follow in the footsteps of the likes of Chyna, Torrie Wilson, Sable and Maria Kanellis by posing for Playboy.

“I have a bucket list of things I wanna do," she said. "Definitely I wanna be killed in a horror movie. I’ve always wanted that, I always found it so hilarious where you see the girl running and they always trip and fall, and then they get killed. It’s just how it works! So I wanna be that girl. Right now, I’m trying to work at making contacts in Playboy to hopefully do that.”

Would you like to see Green back in Impact, or do you think AEW would be a better fit?
