Chris Bey will finally get another crack at the X-Division Championship at Slammiversary.

The news comes off the heels of the Impact newcomer pinning Willie Mack in a wild six-man tag team match on last week’s episode. Since winning the X-Division title from Ace Austin at Rebellion, Mack has been mainly dealing with Bey and his partner, Johnny Swinger.

The newly crowned champion got the best of Bey and Austin in a three-way bout last month; however, the 24-year-old never stopped pursuing his quest to win the prestigious belt and Bey has been getting the upper hand against Mack for the past several weeks.

With Bey getting the pinfall victory over Mack last Tuesday, will the Impact newcomer be able to get the win with the gold on the line at Slammiversary? We’ll find out on July 18th! The X-Division title match joins Jordynne Grace vs. Deonna Purrazzo for the Knockouts Championship and a three-way match between Eddie Edwards, Ace Austin, and Trey Miguel for the Impact World Championship.
