Will Deonna Purrazzo become the next Impact Knockouts Champion?
A title match between her and Jordynne Grace has been set for Impact’s biggest show of the summer:
The former WWE superstar has made a big splash since her return to the company last month. Purrazzo has continuously beatdown Jordynne Grace and continues to show a new found confidence in the promotion.
Last night, the 26-year-old make her in-ring debut against Alisha Edwards and won the match-up in dominant fashion. Edwards managed to get some hits in; however, the bout was all about Purrazzo, who won with the Fujiwara Armbar within three minutes. Afterwards, Grace came out to confront her challenger at Slammiversary, but Purrazzo managed to escape.
Coming in, Grace has beaten Taya Valkyrie and Havok to retain the Knockouts belt; however, Purrazzo has done an excellent job of weakening the champion before their showdown on Saturday, July 18th. Will the former WWE star walk out with gold around her waist at Slammiversary?
