Former IMPACT WORLD Champion Austin Aries Blasts Sami Callihan's Wrestling Performance in 2018

The former Impact World heavyweight champion and the Ohio vs. Everything leader had a brief back-and-forth squabble on Twitter recently. Is Austin Aries teasing a feud with Sami Callihan in Impact Wrestling?

If you don’t know by now, Impact Wrestling teased that a former world champion would make his return in the main event of their United We Stand show on April 4th.

Out of nowhere, Aries responded to Sami Callihan, who marked 2018 as his best year in his professional wrestling career, by accusing the oVe leader of stealing time from his match against Moose at Slammiversary last year.

The former Impact World champion also broght up the incident where Callihan accidentally broke Eddie Edwards face, calling it an “amateur execution,” and then labeled the current Impact star selfish due to only wanting to get himself over.


Of course, Callihan wasn’t thrilled with Aries’ response and called out the former Impact world champion for storming out of Impact and other companies because he wasn't getting what he wanted.

Aries replied calling Callihan a “mark” for using his real name in the last message and warned the current Impact star that messing with him could have some consequences in the future:
