Tessa Blanchard is Impact’s Wrestler of the Year.
The former Impact Knockouts Champion gave showstopping performances throughout 2019. Whether it was her match against Impact Hall of famer Gail Kim, or her bout against Sami Callihan at Slammiversary, the third-generation star stepped up to the occasion when asked to do so.
Thus, Impact handed Blanchard the Wrestler of the Year award on Saturday's special episode. The 24-year-old also won Match of the Year with her encounter against Sami Callihan at Slammiversary.
However, Blanchard isn’t the only wrestler to walk out with top honors, as The North (Josh Alexander & Ethan Page), Taya Valkyrie, Rich Swann, and Willie Mack all received recognition for their work in 2019.
