Former MLW star Ace Romero is now a member of Impact Wrestling.

At Saturday’s All Glory event, Romero faced off against Larry D and came out of the match-up victorious. Following the bout, Impact Wrestling Co-Executive Vice President Scott D’Amore offered the former MLW star a three-year Impact contract and a spot in the X-Division 5-Way ladder match at Bound For Glory.

The match-up was originally set to go to the winner of the Sabu vs. Rohit Raju on Friday’s episode; however, the bout ended in a double count out. Romero accepted the deal and signed it in the middle of the ring. The 29-year-old has been wrestling on the independent scene for the last several years under promotions such as Major League Wrestling, Combat Zone Wrestling, and All Elite Wrestling. Bound For Glory will be his official Impact debut.
