Former TNA Knockouts And WWE Divas Champion Gail Kim Has Announced That She'll Retire At The End Of 2017

Former WWE & TNA star Gail Kin has announced that she'll be hanging up he boots for good at the end of the year. Before that, though, we're going to see Kim tear it up on a retirement tour. More past the jump.

Gail Kim is currently out of action with a back injury, but during this week's GFW: Impact (yes, apparently that's what we're supposed to call it now) tapings, the former Knockout Champion announced that she will be returning to action very soon, before retiring at the end of the year.

It seems Kin will be embarking on a retirement tour of sorts - though whether she winds up taking matches in any other promotion aside from her old TNA (dammit!) stomping grounds remains to be seen.

Though the 40-year-old Canadian star did hold the then WWE Divas Championship during one of her two runs with the company, she was never given the proper push a woman of her skills really deserved, and accomplished the most in TNA where she held the Knockouts and tag-team titles.

Kim has also been inducted into the TNA Hall of Fame.
