Rob Van Dam and Katie Forbes are done with Impact Wrestling.

Mike Johnson of PWInsider has confirmed that the Impact stars have officially departed from the company. In fact, the former TNA World Heavyweight Champion hasn’t had a full-time contract with Impact for a while now as he’s been working on a series of short-term agreements.

RVD is coming off of his feud against Sami Callihan, where the veteran beat the former Impact World Champion on last week’s episode. However, Callihan delivered a piledriver to Forbes, who was a strong reason behind RVD’s win over the 33-year-old. There doesn’t appear to be any bad blood between both sides as the report does state that the door is open for both of them to return.

Rob Van Dam made his come back in early 2019 and has been a prominent feature on Impact since. Forbes also made her debut in 2019, though she was mostly used as enhancement talent. She didn’t become a featured act with RVD until his heel turn at Bound For Glory 2019. There’s no word on what the future holds for both talents.
