Jordynne Grace sent a message back to Deonna Purrazzo last night.
Last week, the former WWE superstar dominated in her match-up against Alisha Edwards, and finished off the Impact star with her signature armbar submission. Purrazzo has locked in that maneuver during her attacks on Grace over the last several weeks.
Grace made her first in-ring return since her Knockouts Championship match against Taya Valkyrie, with the Texas native showcasing her power and speed against Kimber Lee. The Impact newcomer gave the Knockouts champ a good fight; however, Grace would hit her pump handle driver in the end for the three count.
Purrazzo made her presence known after the match-up, and explained why she walked away from a fight against the champion last week. The former WWE superstar promised victory at Slammiversary next week, but until then, Grace will have to bide her time and wait before their eventual match.
Could we see another sneaky attack from Purrazzo on the go-home show of Impact Wrestling? We’ll surely find out next week!
