Next week is TNA Impact’s special: Under Siege.
The Nemeth Brothers are on cloud nine since pulling off a shocking victory over Matt and Jeff Hardy at Rebellion for the TNA World Tag Team titles. Now Jeff Hardy is unable to compete in Canada next week, so Matt has found a new partner to challenge the belts with. But Jeff’s feud with the Nemeth Brothers is far from over as former TNA World Champions Jeff and Nic Nemeth battle on tonight’s Impact episode.
Masha Slamovich has a new challenger on the horizon as former WWE Divas Champion Victoria Crawford (Alicia Fox in WWE) will attempt to take that title away from the TNA knockout. Crawford will team with Tessa Blanchard to take on Slamovich and NXT’s Nikkita Lyons for the first time ever. Blanchard knows how to beat Slamovich in a tag team matches, can her and Crawford get another victory over the first time pairing of Slamovich and Lyons?
Also, former NXT Women’s Champion Indi Hartwell will make her official TNA debut tonight. Hartwell made her mission statement clear last week - she’s here to fight the best and become TNA Knockouts Champion. Will she start off that momentum on a high note?
Frankie Kazarian failed to win the TNA World Championship at Rebellion. However, he has an opportunity to get back into title contention at Under Siege when he teams with NXT’s Trick Williams to fight Joe Hendry & Elijah. Now there’s a strong possibility that Williams could emerge as the new TNA World Champion at NXT Battleground, but if Frankie can get a win here and Hendry retains, he’ll surely get his much deserved one-on-one match against the world champion. Frankie addresses his upcoming match and his partner Trick Williams.
