Ken Shamrock just can’t catch a break.

The former NWA World Heavyweight Champion is coming off a violent attack from Michael Elgin and Sami Callihan last month; however, the veteran has now been taken out by the Impact World Tag Team Champions.

Ethan Page and Josh Alexander ranted about Shamrock until the 56-year-old confronted the cocky duo backstage. Page instantly got quiet when he realized that Shamrock was standing behind him, but Alexander stood his ground and challenged the 2020 Impact Hall of Fame inductee to a match.

As Shamrock was heading down to the ring, the tag team champions assaulted him from behind and violently beatdown the veteran until he couldn’t fight back. Shamrock appeared directionless heading into Slammiversary next month, but with The North beating every tag team on the roster and the attack on Shamrock, it appears that the veteran will be fighting for the belts. The question is, who will be Ken Shamrock’s tag team partner if he does challenge for the belts?
