There may be trouble in paradise for Jon E. Bravo and Taya Valkyrie.
Last night, former Impact Knockouts Champions Rosemary and Taya Valkyrie teamed together for the first time ever to take on Kylie Rae and Susie Yung. Over the past several weeks, Rosemary and Valkyrie have been slowly bonding through a series of vignettes.
The match-up stems from Valkyrie’s encounter with Susie Yung last week, where the 36-year-old beat down the Impact star in singles competition. The former Knockouts Champion aimed to hurt Yung following their match-up; however, Rae interfered and stopped Valkyrie’s violent assault.
Not surprisingly, the former Knockouts Champions got the better of Young; however, Rae kicked some serious ass when she stepped into the ring. The match-up broke down towards the end, with Yung dumping Rosemary out of the ring following a nearfall break-up.
Rae locked in her signature STF maneuver, and Valkyrie called for Bravo to pull down the bottom rope; however, Bravo's concern was with Rosemary, who was still selling the attack from Yung. Valkyrie was forced to tap out in the end.
