PRO WRESTLING NOAH Star Naomichi Marufuji Is Confirmed For IMPACT WRESTLING's BOUND FOR GLORY

The former GHC Heavyweight Champion will make his return to Impact at Bound For Glory, as Naomichi Marufuji has been confirmed to fight a former world title contender at the company's biggest show of the year.

Impact Wrestling has confirmed that Pro Wrestling NOAH star Naomichi Marufuji will be part of their Bound For Glory event on Oct. 20.


The 39-year-old has been in the wrestling business since 1998, working with promotions such as Ring of Honor, All Japan Pro Wrestling, DDT Pro-Wrestling, and New Japan Pro Wrestling. Naomichi is a former GHC Heavyweight Champion, IWGP Junior Heavyweight Champion, and a former GHC Tag Team Champion. Marufuji made several appearances with the company back in 2017.

The pro wrestling veteran’s match-up at Impact's biggest show of the year has already been set, as Michael Elgin challenged Marufugi to a match at Bound For Glory during the Mexico tapings. At the moment, we’ll have to wait and see when the match-up ss confirmed for the big show.
