Will The North (Jason Alexander and Ethan Page) finally drop the Impact World Tag Team titles this Tuesday?
Since winning the belts back in July 2019, Josh Alexander and Ethan Page have reigned over the tag team division by knocking off every challenger that’s stepped in their way.
LAX (Ortiz and Santana), Rich Swann and Willie Mack, RVD and Rhino, The Rascalz, and most recently, TJP and Fallah Bahh, have tried and failed to knock the duo off the top of the mountain. However, will Eddie Edwards and Tessa Blanchard change that?
While the third-generation star is new to the tag team scene, the former TNA World Heavyweight Champion is no stranger to holding tag team gold. In addition to winning the TNA World Tag Team titles five times, Edwards is also a former two-time ROH World Tag Team Champion. The 36-year-old won the straps with Davey Richards.
Both Edwards and Blanchard worked well together when fighting off Josh Alexander and Ethan Page last week; however, the cunning tag champs have held the belts for 262 plus days for a reason; Will Alexander and Page simply rack up another win on Impact? Or will Tessa Blanchard and Eddie Edwards become the new faces of the Impact tag team division?
