Tonight’s Impact Wrestling will see the start of the World Championship tournament.

In the first-round match-up, Hernandez will face Madman Fulton. The monster of OVE has been struggling to get a victory since Sami Callihan abandoned the group; however, will Fulton’s luck turn around tonight with a big victory over former Impact World Tag Team Champion Hernandez?

Also, Trey Miguel will take on Rohit Raju in the second first-round match-up. Both men are considered the underdogs of the eight-man tournament; however, Miguel has seriously stepped his game up since challenging Ace Austin for the X-Division Championship at Hard To Kill.

The 25-year-old is clearly on the cusp of winning his first championship soon; however, will Raju stop Miguel’s momentum and pull off a big victory instead?

In her debut under the Impact banner, former Mae Young Classic competitor Kimber Lee will step into the ring against former Knockouts Champion Havok. The two women share a history on the independent circle, but Havok has changed since their time as a tag team and she will be looking to destroy the newcomer. Did Kimber Lee bite off more than she can chew in her debut?

All this and more is set for tonight’s Impact Wrestling at 8pm Eastern Time. Check out the cold open above and the advertised matches below:

Hernandez vs. Madman Fulton in a first round No. 1 contender to the Impact Championship tournament match.

Rohit Raju vs. Trey Miguel in a first round No. 1 contender to the Impact Championship tournament match.

Havok vs. Kimber Lee.

Moose vs. Suicide for the TNA World Heavyweight Championship.
