The fallout from Slammiversary is here.

This past Sunday, the biggest show of the summer for Impact Wrestling featured big surprises and announcements including the debut of The Good Brothers (Karl Anderson and Doc Gallows) and Heath Slater, along with the returns of former TNA World Heavyweight Champions Eric Young and EC3.

The latter is confirmed to make his first appearance on Impact Wrestling since 2018; What does EC3 have to say after being away from the company for nearly three years?

Also, new champions were crowned as Chris Bey (X-Division Champion), Deonna Purrazzo (Knockouts Champion), and Eddie Edwards (Impact World Champion) start a new era for the company going forward. Will new challengers step up to the plate on tonight’s episode?

In a huge Impact World Tag Team match, the longest reigning champion’s in the company’s history will take on one of the best teams in the world, as The North is officially scheduled to fight The Motor City Machine Guns for the prestigious belts.

Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin looked sharp in their return to the company this past Sunday; however, Ethan Page and Josh Alexander have been dominant figures in the division for well over a year now. Will The North add another team to their long list of victories during their title reign? Or will MCMG win the Impact World Tag Team titles tonight?

All this and more is set for tonight’s episode of Impact Wrestling at 8pm Eastern Time on AXS TV. Check out the cold open below:
