In the main event, The Motor City Machine Guns proved that their win over The North was no fluke.
Shelley and Sabin started the match-up off strong thanks to their aerial assault, but the tide turned when Alexander caught a flying Sabin and slammed him to the mat. The North dominated the bout by working over Sabin and frequently tagging in and out to keep fresh.
Sabin managed to avoid a forearm from Alexander, which ended up nailing Page instead. The 38-year-old tagged Shelley, who cleaned house with various kicks and strikes on both Alexander and Page. The Guns then hit offense that targeted Alexander’s leg going into the middle portion of the bout.
The Guns showcased their ground game by locking in various submissions on Alexander, but the former tag team champs would put an end to their control after slamming Sabin into the turnbuckle. From there, both teams went back-and-forth trading big moves and The North came close to regaining the belt after a double Neutralizer.
Eventually, The Guns would get rid of Alexander and connect with a neckbreaker/cross body combo for the win.
