The Impact World Tag Team Champions celebrated a huge milestone over the weekend.
Josh Alexander and Ethan Page have successfully kept their belts for 365 days.
The North originally won the prestigious belts back in July 2019 at Bash at the Brewery, defeating LAX (Ortiz and Santana) for the titles.
In addition to LAX, Rich Swann and Willie Mack, RVD and Rhino, The Rascalz, TJP and Fallah Bahh, The Deaners, and Tessa Blanchard and Eddie Edwards have tried and failed to knock the duo off the top of the mountain. On July 18th at Slammiversary, Page and Alexander will hope to fend off their next challengers for the titles, Ken Shamrock and Sami Callihan.
Since Alexander and Page aligned together last year, both men’s personalities and wrestling abilities have complimented each other well and the duo is arguably one of the best tag teams in the business at the moment. The question is, will a tag team be able to stop The North’s dominance over the division? Or will Josh Alexander and Ethan Page reign over the division for years to come?
