The North Will Get A World Tag Team Championship Rematch At IMPACT'S EMERGENCE Special

The longest reigning Impact World Tag Team Champions will get one more chance to reclaim what they lost several weeks ago as The North will challenge The Motor City Machine Guns for the belts at Emergence.

The North will get an opportunity to win back the Impact World Tag Team titles.

For 380 days, Josh Alexander and Ethan Page dominated the Impact Wrestling tag team division; however, the duo just couldn’t beat multi-time world tag team champions Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin (Motor City Machine Guns).

Last night, MCMG got a chance to speak for the first time since winning the belts a couple of weeks back; however, it didn’t take long for Page and Alexander to interrupt the interview. The cocky former champions put themselves over and talked about how they destroyed the tag division before Shelley and Sabin came back.

Page stated that The Guns only beat The North at 40% and invoked their rematch clause for the two-week emergence special that’s coming up very soon. The North is no stranger to losing; however, Alexander and Page always found a way to retain their belts through their lengthy run.

Will the MCMG be added to the list with LAX, Rich Swann and Willie Mack, RVD and Rhino, The Rascalz, TJP and Fallah Bahh, The Deaners, Ken Shamrock and Sami Callihan, as the latest duo to lose to the former Impact World Tag Team Champions? Or Will Shelley and Sabin prove that their win wasn’t a fluke and go 2-0? We’ll find out in a couple of weeks!
