Here are the results of TNA Final Resolution 2024:

* It was reported that AJ Styles was backstage during the show, "just hanging out." He has been out of action in WWE for several weeks after suffering an injury during his match against Carmelo Hayes on the October 4th episode of WWE Friday Night SmackDown.

— [Countdown to Final Resolution Pre-Show Match]: JDC defeated Leon Slater by pinfall with his foot on the ropes.

— They announced backstage that Hammerstone had suffered an injury. He is not going to be able to compete tonight.

— [Countdown to Final Resolution Pre-Show Match]: Frankie Kazarian defeated Jonathan Gresham by submission.

— Singles Match for the TNA X-Division Championship: Moose (c) defeated KUSHIDA by pinfall to retain his title.

— AJ Francis and KC Navarro were interviewed to hype up the title match. Francis naturally spoke about how he's going to win the championship.

— Three-Way Tag Team Match: The Rascalz (Trey Miguel and Zachary Wentz) defeated Jake Something (wrestling by himself, without a sub for Hammerstone) and the team of PCO and Sami Callihan by pinfall. Jake Something took the pin.

— Another mysterious "23" vignette aired.

— Eric Young talked to Steve Maclin about how he'd be in his corner to offset The Northern Armory.

— Singles Match: Ace Austin defeated Trent Seven by pinfall.

— "The King of TNA" Frankie Kazarian teased that he would cash in his Call Your Shot and win the TNA World Championship later on.

— Singles Match: Rosemary vs Jordynne Grace was thrown out as a mystery attacker went after Grace. It was eventually revealed that this attacker was Tessa Blanchard making her surprise return here, attacking Jordynne Grace to show everyone who's name TNA was built on, according to her quick post-match interview.

— Four-Way Match to determine the No. 1 Contender to the TNA World Championship at TNA Genesis on January 19, 2025: Joe Hendry defeated Josh Alexander, Mike Santana and Steve Maclin by pinfall on Alexander. As a result, Joe Hendry will get a shot at the world title at TNA Genesis on January 19, 2025 at the Curtis Culwell Center in Garland, Texas.

— Singles Match for the TNA Knockouts World Championship: Masha Slamovich (c) defeated Tasha Steelz to retain her title by pinfall.

— Tables Match for TNA World Tag Team Championship: The Hardys (Jeff Hardy & Matt Hardy) (c) defeated The System (Brian Myers & Eddie Edwards with Alisha Edwards) to retain

— Singles Match for the TNA World Championship: Nic Nemeth (c) defeated A.J. Francis by pinfall.
