Will a new TNA World Champion be crowned?
Joe Hendry is coming off of a high. The TNA World Champion made his WrestleMania debut and he made it clear to Oba Femi that he’s coming after the NXT Championship. But Hendry’s week can end on a sour note by dropping the championship to two men who are desperate for gold. Frankie Kazarian and Ethan Page have never won the TNA World title, but these men are in the prime of their careers. Can Joe Hendry successfully fend off Ethan Page and Frankie Kazarian?
In the co-main event, Tessa Blanchard has a chance to restore her early glory by capturing the TNA Knockouts Championship. The second generation star already owns two victories over Masha Slamovich, so she walks in with some strong momentum. However, that doesn’t mean it’ll be a cake walk for Tessa. Slamovich has successfully defended her belt eight times and the 26-year-old shows no signs of slowing down. Can Masha Slamovich add another name to her resume? Or is it Tessa Blanchard’s time to become the Knockouts Champion?
In a highly personal match, Matt & Jeff Hardy have their chance at revenge against the Nemeth Brothers. However, the Nemeths are looking to win tag team gold. Matt and Jeff are multi-time tag team champions so they know how to get the job done, but the added personal element could impact their mental state going in. Who will emerge as the TNA World Tag Team Champions?
