VIDEO: See Pentagon Jr. Drive A Spike Into Sami Callihan’s Head With A Baseball Bat At SLAMMIVERSARY

Impact Wrestling's Slammiversary event was pretty damn good overall, and more than a little bloody on occasion. After the jump, see footage of Pentagon Jr. doing very bad things to Sami Callihan's head...

Impact Wrestling‘s annual Slammiversary PPV took place on Sunday from Toronto, and most seem to agree that it was a very impressive show for the most part.

One match that came in for particular praise was the brutal "Mask vs. Hair" match between Pentagon Jr. and Sami Callihan. It was a violent back and forth affair, which got even more extreme when "The Draw" introduced a couple of steel spikes.

Sami actually drew first blood, but Pentagon soon gained the upper hand and used Callihan's own bat to drive one of the spikes into his opponent's head.

Check out the footage HERE... as long as you're not squeamish!
