Still your X-Division Champion, Willie Mack!

Impact Wrestling had two championship matches on Tuesday as Willie Mack put his gold on the line last night against two top stars in the X-Division. On night two of Rebellion, Impact newcomer Chris Bey beat Trey Miguel, former X-Division Champion Suicide, and Rohit Raju to earn his chance to challenge for the prestigious belt.

However, former champion Ace Austin was looking to avenge his devastating title loss from night one. The sly 23-year-old managed to beat the likes of former TNA World Heavyweight Champion Eddie Edwards, Trey Miguel, and Tessa Blanchard to hold onto the prestigious belt; however, Austin just couldn’t get the job done against Mack at Rebellion.

Mack accepted the challenge from both men and the newly crowned champion was in for a tough fight (unlike Impact World Tag Team Champions Ethan Page and Josh Alexander). Not surprisingly, the bout was filled with all types of aerial moves showcased by all three men, and Mack came one second away from losing the belt after Austin connected with The Fold. However, in the end, Mack hit the Six-Star Frog Splash on Austin for the three count to remain the X-Division champion.
